    1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

    2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.

    3. Shipping costs, which are the product shipment expenses, will be paid by the buyers.

    4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

    5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

    6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

     

    IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

    1. If the Buyer does not pay for the product purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

     

    PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

    1. If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping cost belonging to the SELLER.

     

    IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

    1. If force majeure events that the Seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, this fee is paid back to him in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

     

    BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

    1. The Buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery; dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. will not receive damaged and defective goods/services from the shipping company. It will be accepted that the received goods/services are undamaged and sound. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The Invoice must also be returned with the product.

     

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

    1. THE BUYER; has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or criminal liability and without any justification, provided that he notifies the SELLER via the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him or to the person/organization at the address he indicates.

    DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

    1. If the product purchased by the Buyer is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has started with the consumer's consent before the right of withdrawal period expires.

    2. The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

    3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER via registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions regulated in this contract.

     

    EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: 

    1. The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns for which invoices are issued to institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is cut.)

    2. The return form, the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged.

     

    RETURN CONDITIONS:

    1. The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches him and to take back the goods within 20 days.

    2. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to his fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deterioration that occur due to proper use of the goods or product within the right of withdrawal period.

    3. If the campaign limit amount determined by the SELLER falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited within the scope of the campaign is canceled.

     

    PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

    1. Products prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or explicit personal needs and not suitable for return, such as underwear bottom parts, swimwear and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, single-use products, products that are in danger of rapid spoilage or whose expiration date may pass, products whose packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription contract, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and the return of audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables is not possible if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, in accordance with the Regulation. Furthermore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the right of withdrawal period expires, in accordance with the Regulation.

    2. For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused.

     

    DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

    1. If the BUYER defaults when making payments with a credit card, he accepts, declares, and undertakes that he will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between him and the card-issuing bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; it may demand the expenses and attorney's fees incurred from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to his debt, the BUYER accepts that he will pay the loss and damage suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
